Do you want to work in an established finance department that, with its expertise, has taken on the responsibility of managing accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable for 13 Swedish companies in the Martin & Servera Group? Then this job is for you!

What will you do?

As an accounting assistant, you will be part of our Economic Center that supports the entire Martin & Servera Group. We are over 30 employees working with ongoing accounting, and as part of our team and through cross-functional collaboration between teams, you will gain good insight into many different processes.

You will be part of a team that works with accounts receivable. This involves processing incoming payments in our business system. It also includes ongoing investigations, bookkeeping, and contact with our customers via phone and case management systems.

In the role of accounting assistant, you will have a lot of contact with our internal and external customers as well as with colleagues in the group, which requires that you are already a good communicator and that you constantly want to develop and provide good service.

Important for the job to suit you.

For the job to suit you, you have:

• Post-secondary education in finance.
• Several years of experience in accounts receivable management.
• Good knowledge of Excel and an interest in working in different systems is a prerequisite.
• Experience with phone/customer calls.

• A team player who values collaboration and is driven to find efficient solutions.

Meritorious for the position:

• Experience with SAP.

Your workplace

We work in an open office landscape adjacent to our warehouse at Ingelsta in Norrköping, which is an important delivery hub in Martin & Servera's warehouse structure. Together, we are 600 people in the warehouse, sales department, supply chain, and adjacent departments and workplaces. The building also has a highly appreciated staff restaurant that offers breakfast and lunch at favorable prices every day.
